Submission Guidelines
Abstracts are due by March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Acceptance/rejection notifications will go out no later April 1, 2026.
Session Formats for 2026:
- Traditional Presentation: 30 mins – 20 min presentation, 10 min Q&A
- Birds of a Feather: 30 – 60 min – Facilitated discussion of all attendees by presentation leader.
- Workshop: 60-120 mins – Deep dive or hands-on demo/tutorial. All workshops will take place on the afternoon of May 7, 2026.
- Panel Presentation: 30 mins – Group of presenters discussing/debating a topic with each other and audience.
- Lightning Presentation: 10 mins – Short briefing on a topic (minimal slides).
Note: Industry presentations must be in traditional or lightning format
